Current and former Home of Hope children pictured:
A couple of our former Home of Hope (HOH) "kids" recently noticed that it was 20 years ago that the HOH moved to our current facilities north of Dhaka. They asked if it would be possible to have a reunion. The reunion was totally student led: they organized it, figured out how to fund it, and did a great job connecting with all the former and present HOH children. Half of the former HOH "kids" were able to attend.
It was surprising to find that over 160 students have grown up and are on their own, involved in many walks of life. Five are planning to go into banking. One is an IT director for the local office of a major international ministry. Several are on staff at the HOH.
It was a particularly humbling and yet day of great gratitude to see the results of a God given vision decades ago.
